About Los Cabos

Los Cabos is a Mexican municipality that is made up of the popular tourist destinations of San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Los Cabos is one of several municipalities of the Mexican state of Baja California Sur, the southern half of the Baja Peninsula. Baja California Sur become a Mexican state in 1974, and incorporates several offshore islands. The state capitol is La Paz.

Since the 1970s, Los Cabos, located on the southern tip of the Peninsula, has become a popular luxury tourist desti-nation for paradise seekers from all over the globe.
