SRE Commercial & Capital Division (C&CD) — is a subsidiary of the Snell Real Estate. C&CD focuses on assisting developers in placing debt or equity for the development of projects locally and internationally. Commercially the focus is on listing and selling commercial projects and raw land in the state of Baja California Sur. Since its inception in October of 2012, the Commercial & Capital Division has negotiated more than $350 million in equity.
