Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Annika has been a full-time resident and homeowner of Los Cabos since 2015. She and her husband chose Los Cabos as their home because of the beautiful weather, landscape, community, lifestyle and quality schooling for children. She enjoys sharing her passion for Los Cabos with others and helping her clients to find their own piece of paradise.

Annika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan and worked for ten years as a Professional Fitness Trainer and Active-Rehabilitation Specialist. She is a former national level gymnast, competitive dancer and varsity track and field competitor; and has experience in branding and managing villa rentals and hosting wellness retreats here in Los Cabos.
