In nearly 30 years on the Baja Sur peninsula, Catherine has sold property in Todos Santos, Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo and the East Cape. She has co-developed property in the region and has bought, built and sold a number of homes and properties. She is well versed in Mexican real estate documentation and processes.

A graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, Catherine Buchanan moved to Baja California Sur in 1986 and began her real estate career in Todos Santos in 1987.
