Saddia was born on the island of Trinidad in the British West Indies and grew up in Brooklyn, N.Y. Feeling at home in both these worlds, with their diverse populations, culture, food and music, shaped the direction and trajectory of her life’s journey. At age 22, she decided to join a major airline and traveled extensively. She considers this her best education.

A passion for cooking developed as an offshoot of her international travels. She started by blending ingredients and spices she carried home from various markets she discovered around the world. She described her cooking as “fusion” long before it was popular to do so!

Saddia recently moved to Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S with her golf / travel writer husband from Stonington, CT, a charming, upscale New England seaside town located midway between Boston and New York. She holds a Connecticut Real Estate License and was a successful realtor for 11 years. She says the decision to join Engel & Völkers Snell Real Estate was easy, for the simple reason that all the agents she met liked the company and seemed very happy! Her new mantra: “That’s not an accident, it starts from the top!”

In addition to her many years’ experience in real estate, she brings integrity, knowledge and a full understanding of her fiduciary duty to her clients.
