Since 2005, Troy has specialized in luxury real estate in the community of Palmilla. He soon joined the Del Mar Development Sales Team, where his past experience in the construction business made him the obvious go-to choice with the new Developer homes. Troy is a natural when discussing construction. He has the talent of getting a client to envision their dream home while standing on a dirt lot and he’s got the know-how of helping you see it through to the turn of the key.
Troy was asked to become a partner at Engel & Völkers Snell Real Estate in 2012.
In 2013, Troy was tapped again to join the Chileno Bay Developer Sales Team. After the project got underway, he returned to his roots in Palmilla.
Being Southern born, Troy found past enjoyment on the Gulf Coast waters aboard his 37’ shrimping trawler, the Lily-Marie. His other passions were bass & fly-fishing. Troy’s Cabo hobbies are golf, boat rides along the shores of the Sea of Cortez with clients and enjoying a glass of fine Tequila.
Married with one son, two daughters and 4 granddaughters.
