Hot on the heels of Engel & Völkers Americas’ annual EVX conference in Las Vegas, Odia jetted over to Los Cabos, Mexico´s premier destination, for several days in paradise. On a stunning Cabo morning, the centerpiece on Caleta, Palmilla´s mountain cliffside, Villa Love & Peace, buzzed with excitement as elegant serving trays brimmed with breakfast treats and the smooth DJ beats echoed throughout the expansive living room and outdoor terrace areas. The sparking backdrop — blasting Sea of Cortez views. Team members from Engel & Völkers Snell Real Estate warmly welcomed the network´s CEO for an exclusive meet and greet opportunity. It was business over breakfast with the latest company announcements, discussions on the history of the iconic brand and the impressive journey ahead for global expansion. The meeting was also a significant moment to celebrate the international strength of the network — 2021 was the best-performing year on record for BOTH the Los Cabos shop and the Engel & Völkers Group. Remarkable achievements indeed. Adding a classic twist to the best of Mexico, Odia and his team from Hamburg, were treated to a traditional Mariachi performance as well as high-class Latin dancers who took the stage with style and pizzaz.
