For nearly a decade, German led the real estate and development department of the US brand “Blockbuster Video” creating an impressive 300+ stores throughout Mexico. Later on, in pursuit of new goals, new challenges and new markets, Los Cabos made for an easy choice when it came to business and lifestyle. German soon became involved in major commercial property transactions assisting the likes of Comercial Mexicana, Chedraui and Soriana supermarkets, as well as Plaza Transpeninsular, The Shoppes at Palmilla, Plaza del Faro, Tesoro Los Cabos Hotel (Wyndham), Office Max, Burger King, and all of the Blockbuster stores in the Baja California Sur state.
With a Masters in Real Estate and Construction from the UVM Universidad del Valle de Mexico, a degree in Communication Sciences, experience in public relations at Televisa — Mexico’s largest media communications company, and work experience with the Ministry of Public Education, German is an accomplished and skilled advisor in the marketplace and looks forward to helping you with all your property needs.
