In accordance to Section 5 of NOM 247 in case of an accepted offer, and if a Due Diligence Period is requested by the Client, the latter will have the right to request to Snell Ventures S de RL de CV doing business as Snell Real Estate, the information contained in that same section including among others – (i) Information of Company creation (Snell Ventures), (ii) Contact Information, (iii) Address, phone and email, (iv) letter confirming the right to list the property and or the right to contact the listing Broker to commercialize the Property, as well (v) as Property title, (vi) information of any liens if any, (vii) financing conditions if available (viii) Construction permits, manifestation and other relevant documents including if Available by Seller of Plans, and other specifications including any type of warranty if available.
De conformidad con el artículo 5 de la NOM 247 en caso de oferta aceptada, y si el Cliente solicita un Período de Debida Diligencia, éste tendrá derecho a solicitar a Snell Ventures S de RL de CV operando como Snell Real Estate, la información contenida en esa misma sección incluyendo entre otros – (i) Información de creación de la Compañía (Snell Ventures), (ii) Información de contacto, (iii) Dirección, teléfono y correo electrónico, (iv) carta que confirma el derecho a listar la propiedad y o el derecho de contactar al Corredor de cotización para comercializar la Propiedad, así como (v) el título de la Propiedad, (vi) información de cualquier gravamen, si lo hubiere, (vii) condiciones de financiamiento, si están disponibles (viii) Permisos de construcción, manifestación y otros documentos relevantes incluyendo si Disponible por el Vendedor de Planes, y otras especificaciones incluyendo cualquier tipo de garantía si está disponible.
In addition all marketing materials are not intended to induce a Purchaser to an error or mistake in extraordinary Conditions of the Property and therefore the Clients have the right to confirm all information in a visit to the Property.
En adición todos los materiales de mercadotecnia no están hechos para inducir error en la percepción del cliente en cuanto a cualidades extraordinarias y por tanto los Clientes tienen el Derecho de confirmar la información en una visita a la propiedad.
